Kim Ratcliff previously worked on the Walmart supplier team for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company as a Customer Marketing Manager, Category Manager, and later as a Key Account Manager.

She received her Bachelor's Degree in Business from Texas A&M University, then worked in product marketing in the banking industry until entering graduate school. Kim joined Johnson & Johnson after the completion of her MBA at the University of Texas at Austin with a specialty in Marketing and Category Management.

Having observed the growth of the Walmart supplier community from inside and out over the past 7 years, Kim has a keen understanding of what it takes to be successful in this market.
