Marvelyn Stout founded Stout Executive Search in 2006 after gaining 18 years of sales and marketing experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.

She was a Brand manager with the Kimberly-Clark Corporation for 10 years, and Walmart Team Leader for the largest manufacturer of dry pet food (Ol’Roy), in the United States prior to starting the firm.

Marvelyn is a graduate of Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri where she received her Bachelor of Science in Education, later transitioning those skills into the world of sales and marketing.

Marvelyn brings a fresh approach to the Northwest Arkansas recruiting market, and a unique perspective from someone who has lived the Walmart supplier culture.
